Castle in the Hills - Highgate

A Romantic View with a Whimsically Elegant Setting at the breathtaking Highgate Castle.

This venue is truly a hidden gem. When you choose a venue as beautiful as this, you definitely don't need to add much!

LLC Wonderland went for a subtle glam look finishing it off with the perfect up-do! The bride was accessorised with a gorgeous 1920's inspired tiara designed by Crowned by Juliette.

The cake was designed from Cakes by Liz. She created a 4 tier all white cake, adding large handmade sugar roses creating an elegant yet whimsical look to tie in with the stunning setting.

Chef Vancouver created a menu around the exquisite scene, bringing bright pops of green to the Fall vibes around.

MV Decor set the scene with a delicate balance of a black tablescape and light acrylic seating. The unique placement of the floral garden under the clear table brought out the details on the floral napkins. Placing the centrepieces underneath also allows for a more minimalist feel.

The stationery was created by Making Memories Stationery. They made an amazing sketch of the venue itself to incorporate into the prints. The dark cast iron shaded wax seals were the cherry on top of these beautiful complementing pieces.

The dress from Hannah Tikannen was a stunning piece with the perfect length of train and an intricate lace design along the sleeves and neck. The gown has a lace overlay creating a slightly "Cinderella-esque" skirt without being too over the top!

Harry Rosen provided two different suits for the occasion. A black and a white. Both looking incredibly sharp with a dark contrast to the white gown for the first and the white dinner jacket bringing in a more relaxed look.
