• Vendor Sourcing & Contract Review: From our experience, we know just who does the job right. Let us take care of recommending the best vendors and reviewing their terms & conditions as well as compare costs with other vendors for your wedding so there is nothing left to chance.

• ​Unlimited Consultations & Contact: When it comes to planning a wedding, there are many things you cannot predict. Whether it be a change to the seating chart or a switch in the processional line-up, let us help. For any of our full service wedding options, we offer unlimited consultations, so that you don't need to worry about any limitation in asking us for questions or advice. This includes everything from meetings, to as many phone calls as needed for that  "just one more" question. For our other wedding packages we have a limited number of consultations for each service level.

• ​Timeline Development: Our team will provide you with a unique timeline tailored to you for all of your vendors so that everyone works together and knows what to do.

• ​Production Schedule: This is your overall timeline. You will keep ALL things wedding in this wonderful and helpful document, from notes on guest's dietary restrictions to when you need to apply for your event liquor licence and more.

• ​Theme & Concept Development: If you already have a special look for your wedding day in mind, that's great! Let us know and we will make it happen. If you are still thinking about what you want, we will help you in creating a design that fits your vision and your budget. You will meet with our design specialist who will assist you in envisioning your perfect wedding look.

• Floor Plans: All vendors require a floor plan. Some venues will do this for you but if not, we've got you covered!

• Seating Plan: We provide a Seating Plan template for you to use as our own. This is to help make your Seating Chart a breeze. If you need help creating the Seating Chart as well, let us know.

• ​Floral Design: We provide amazing floral designs within your budget. We have an onsite specialist, so when you come in for your consultation you'll get to discuss everything in one place.

• ​Venue Sourcing: Finding the perfect venue for your ceremony or reception can be tricky! Tell us your wish list, and must haves and let us source you the perfect venue for your special day.

• ​Basic Set-up & Tear Down: We include basic set-up and tear down services with this package. Additional services are available for larger items and furniture.

• ​Rehearsal Attendance: To ease the nerves of your evening before (or the week prior if you prefer), we will attend your wedding rehearsal to walk you through a dry-run of your processional and recessional.

• ​Catering & Menu Planning: It is a known fact that the one thing guests always remember from any event is the food! We will ensure you have the right quantity, quality and a menu designed for your location and time of year while also reflecting your likes as a couple.

• ​On-Site Wedding Coordinators: Two wedding coordinators will be there to assist you for the day of your wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly.

• ​Vendor Meetings & Recommendations: Your assigned wedding planner will attend up to eight hours of vendor meetings with you to ensure that you are asking all the right questions when making arrangements with your potential vendors.

• ​Basic Decor Set up & Tear Down: Your wedding coordinator will assist with the event set up and tear down to ensure a smooth wedding day.
